Rich law student (CLS) meets poor bento girl (PBG)
They fall in love
RLS finds out that he has a brain tumour and needs surgery
RLS decides to leave PBG because he doesn't want to hurt her when he dies (survival rate from surgery is 15%)
PBG doesn't want RLS to leave her. PBG promises to stay by his side no matter what.
In the meantime, RLS's mom finds another way to save her son, and that is through "proton electroscopy'???? which is only performed by this other girl's (TOG) father
RLS's mom wants RLS to be with TOG because her family is rich and wants RLS to leave PBG
RLS refuses to leave PBG because he loves her so.
RLS also refuses to undergo "proton electroscopy" because that means he will have to be with TOG.
RLS's mom talks to PBG behind RLS's back and tell PBG that RLS needs to go through with this "proton electroscopy" surgery to increase survival rate.
PBG agrees that RLS goes through with this type of surgery
but RLS's mom says that in order for TOG's dad to perform this surgery, PBG needs to leave RLS
PBG decides to leave RLS without telling him the reason
RLS somehow undergoes the proton surgery.... without his permission

PBG finds out that she's pregnant with CLS's baby.
RLS wakes up and lost his memory
TOG becomes RLS's girlfriend

One day, RLS went to PBG's village to do some work related stuff
Coincidentally, RLS was assigned to live in the same house as PBG and PBG's son
PBG does not tell RLS of his past because of her promise to RLS's mom. ( recall that as long as RLS undergoes the proton surgery, she'd leave him)
RLS has a vague image of PBG but does not remember her at all.

WHAT A GREAT DRAMA!! I know it doesn't sound that interesting but if you like to watch love stories, then this one is really touching!!! I cried almost every single episode!!!
